30 degree's in Florida? Hard to imagine but we are freezing here but moving south in a wishful attempt to find warmer weather. We've made it to Mimi Beach so far and shivering in the mid 60's or lower over the course of the next few days.
I haven't update our more detailed blog since December but I'm getting to it! But there at least you can see where we've been.

After Brunswick to Cumberland Island, Jacksonville and St. Johns
We finally escaped Brunswick and spent several days at Cumberland Island before moving on to Jacksonville and then here on the St. Johns.
I never get tired of writing it I guess, but here is more of the story
But i need to post one particular nice picture (I'm complimenting my less than stellar phone and its sad camera)
At Jacksonville Landing for a non-weekend night.

Up to Brunswick, Wisconsin and back to Bruswwick
Our grandson joined us in Titusville for the trip up to Brunswick. How fun is that! We arrived in Brunswick and left for Wisconsin a few days later. Spent almost 2 months in Wisconsin before returning here to Brunswick.
After multiple boat projects we are planning on leaving here at the end of September and spending October up around Savannah before making our way south again.
But for the real story, go HERE

Back in the States
We took advantage of a short weather window and ran from Black Point Settlement to Nassau in one day, and then Nassau to Bimini the next. The third day we ran to Lake Worth. The ocean passages across the Northwest Passage between Nassau and the Bahama Banks, and the Gulf stream later the next day, were benign. Well, actually they were enjoyable with the gentle rolling ocean swells. And warm sunny days. We were lucky.
We headed up to Stuart for a few days then Titusville where we were joined by our grandson, Jack for the trip up to Brunswick. But all that and more is detailed in our Where is BeachQuest blog.

Staniel and Big Major May 2015
We've been lazily poking around here in the Exumas and are currently here anchored at Big Major across from Staniel. We have to drag ourselves out of our tropical mode soon to start heading back to Florida. It wont be easy. Its wonderful down here.
Weather has been unusually windy and squally however there are nice days in between which are just incredible. The gory details are, as usual, found here.

Bimini 2015
We left Marathon Friday April 17th for Rodriguez Key. And then Saturday crossed over to Bimini with Jeff and Judy. Smooth seas and sunny skies all the way. We'll be heading for the Berry Islands in a few days and then moving on down past Nassau towards GeorgeTown in the Exumas. Not sure we'll make all the way down there, but its about the journey. And there is next year.
Alan. You were right!
Details, as usual can be found here.

In the Keys at Marathon, FL February-March 2015
We had an uneventful Okeechobee trip to Ft. Myers. We spent about a month in the area visiting Ft. Myers Beach, Punta Gorda and Ft. Myers twice, the second visit to repair our generator. And we anchored for several weeks at Cayo Costa state park.
Eventually we ran down the west coast of Florida to the Keys and after a few weeks in the mooring field ended up in Marathon Marina with some friends of ours. Finally after many days of high winds its calmed down now to where we can get to the reef in the dingy.
We plan on heading over to the Bahama's next month, loitering there until June. We'll head back up to Jacksonville and put the boat up while we head north for a new grandson and some medical appointments. But as always, the gory details can be found here.
I should mention I'm a bit behind updating either of these blogs. Just so busy. Doing what I can't describe, but it sure is fun!
